Who do I contact if I have questions about benefits, payroll, or tax forms?

How do I submit my timesheet and when is it due?

Employees must submit their timesheets through the company’s payroll portal or directly to HR by Sunday at 6:00 PM each week. Submitting on time ensures that your paycheck is processed without delays.

What should I do if I need to request time off?

Time-off requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance using the official Time-Off Request Form. You can find this form in the HR Forms section or request it directly from HR. All requests are subject to supervisor approval based on scheduling needs.

How do I update my personal information (address, phone number, banking info, etc.)?

Submit the Employee Information Update Form available on the HR Forms page. Keeping your contact and banking information current ensures accurate payroll and communication.
